The officers of the authority shall consist of a chair of the board, a vice chair of the board, a secretary of the authority, a treasurer of the authority, and such other officers as the board deems necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the authority is organized. The chair and vice chair of the board shall be elected by the board from its membership, but the secretary, treasurer, and other officers need not be members of the board. The secretary of the authority shall also be secretary of the board. The offices of secretary and treasurer may, but need not be, held by the same person. The chair, vice chair, and secretary shall be elected by the board for a term of one year, and the treasurer and the other officers of the authority shall be elected by the board for such term as it

The duties of the chair, vice chair, secretary, and treasurer shall be such as are customarily performed by such officers and as may be prescribed by the board. The duties of any other officer of the authority shall be such as are from time to time prescribed by the board.
