Text

(a)From time to time the name of the authority may be changed and the certificate may be amended in the manner provided for in this section and in no other manner.
(b)The name of the authority may be changed, or the certificate may be amended, in accordance with any resolution of the board of directors, providing for any such change of name or amendment of the certificate, filed in the office of the judge of probate of the county, in accordance with this section. No such resolution of the board of directors shall be filed in the office of the judge of probate unless there is attached thereto a duly certified copy of a resolution of the governing body, entered upon the minutes of such governing body, approving such resolution of the board of directors; and if such resolution provides for
