§ 45-37A-150 — Adoption of Mayor-Council Form of Government Authorized

The city government of the City of Fairfield in Jefferson County, may adopt a mayor-council form of government consisting of six single-member districts with one at-large member, to be designated as president of the city council, which shall be in addition to the office of the mayor.
