Text
It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, association, or corporation to act as a barber, a barber teacher, an apprentice barber, a scalp specialist, house barber, or to operate a barber college, barber shop, or other like business, or to advertise or assume to act as such in any county within this state having a population of 400,000 or more according to the last or any subsequent federal decennial census without first having obtained a license issued by the barber commission of the county wherein such act is done or sought to be done. No partnership, association, or corporation shall be granted a license unless every member or officer of such partnership, association, or corporation, who actively engages in the barber business, barber college, or like business of such partnership
