§ 45-37-162 — Applicability
Alabama·Title 45 Local Laws·Ch. 37 Jefferson County·Art. 16 Government Operations·Part 3 Debt and Swap Agreements
This part shall apply to both of the following:
(1)Any debt issued by Jefferson County if the amount of the debt to be issued in a single transaction, or in a series of related transactions, exceeds five million dollars ($5,000,000).
(2)Any swap agreement entered into by Jefferson County.
