The boundary lines between Shelby and Jefferson Counties are hereby altered so that the following described property shall be detached from Shelby County and added to Jefferson County; to wit: A parcel of land 60 feet in width in the west half of southwest quarter of Section 9 the parcel of land being 30 feet wide on each side of the following described center line; Begin at Point R as located in the description of Parcel 4 as recorded in Deed Book 243, Page 94, Probate Office, Shelby County, Alabama; thence in a northwesterly direction along a straight line perpendicular to the center line of Parcel 4 at Point R 30 feet to the point of beginning of center line of Parcel 5; thence continuing in a northwesterly direction along the straight line 140.39 feet to the point of beginning of the a
