Text

The terms of office of members of the Scottsboro City Board of Education set to expire in either 2028 or 2030 shall be extended by one additional year to expire in either 2029 or 2031, respectively. Successors to the offices of members of the city board of education shall be elected on the fourth Tuesday in either August 2029 or August 2031, in the year the term of the member expires, and every six years thereafter.
