Text
The governing body of Greene County is authorized to provide an additional clerk hire allowance of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) annually to the judge of probate to be used for clerical assistance; for the chief clerk one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) and for the license clerk one thousand dollars ($1,000) in the office of the judge of probate. This clerk hire allowance shall be payable out of the general fund of the county and shall be in addition to any other allowance for clerical assistance now provided.
