Text

(a)The judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit shall receive a local salary supplement in an amount to be determined under subsection (b). The local salary supplement provided by this section shall be in lieu of all local salary supplements and expense allowances provided the judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit.
(b)(1) The amount of the local salary supplement shall be determined as follows: a. Upon completion of six consecutive years of service as a district or circuit judge, a judge shall be eligible for a local salary supplement in an amount equal to 10 percent of the annual salary paid to a judge by the state. b. Upon completion of 12 consecutive years of service as a district or circuit judge, a judge shall be eligible for a local salary supplement in an amount equal to 20 pe
