Text

(a)The County Commission of Greene County is hereby authorized to increase the clerk hire allowances given the tax assessor, tax collector, and the judge of probate. Any increase provided for by this section shall be paid out of the general fund of the county.
(b)The County Commission of Greene County is also hereby authorized to provide additional monies to the above mentioned county officers for the purpose of furnishing office equipment. Any monies provided for additional office equipment pursuant to this section shall be paid out of the general fund of the county.
