Text
Any person, association, or corporation desiring to operate a racetrack in the county, shall have the right, subject to this part, to hold and conduct one or more racing meetings at the track each year, provided that no such license shall be granted to any person, association, or corporation, or to any track, for a period including more than 313 racing days in any one year. The racing days shall include the charity days as provided in Section 45-32-150.21 for the racetrack.
