Text
The governing body of the City of Geneva, by ordinance, may authorize the sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the city. Any resolution or ordinance of the governing body relating to the sale, consumption, and possession of bottled or canned beer shall apply to draft or keg beer.
