(a)Each scholarship awarded pursuant to this part shall only be used for a student’s tuition at an in-state institution of higher learning.
(b)Scholarship funds shall be distributed equally among all undergraduate college students of any institution of higher education who meet residence requirements in Franklin County and who seek reimbursement as provided herein. At the end of each academic year, each resident student of the county who provides receipts for undergraduate college attendance shall be eligible for a scholarship reimbursement. In May and June of each year, any eligible student may submit and be reimbursed for expenses of the prior year for college attendance.
