Text

The revenue commissioner shall collect and pay into the county general fund all fees, percentages, commissions, and other allowances which the tax assessor or the tax collector may charge or collect for the performance of any duty imposed on the revenue commissioner by this part. As compensation for the performance of the duties of the office, the revenue commissioner shall receive an annual salary of forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000), payable in equal monthly installments out of the county general fund.
