Text

The employment of all individuals covered by this article shall be contingent upon:

(1)Availability of funds.

(2)Need for the work to be done.

(3)Compliance with all rules, policies, and procedures established in accordance with this article.

(4)Completion of a satisfactory probationary period.

(5)Continued satisfactory job performance by the employee. 45-3-120.05. The Barbour County Commission shall have the authority to develop, adopt, and administer rules, policies, procedures, and other documents as may be necessary to implement the intent of this article. The commission may employ, at its discretion, personnel it deems necessary to assist in the administration of the county personnel system.
