(a)The police jurisdiction boundary between the City of Gulf Shores and the City of Foley is fixed along the line lying in Baldwin County, Alabama, described as follows: Begin at the point of confluence of the midline of Bon Secour River with Mobile Bay; thence northeasterly along the midline of Bon Secour River to the point of intersection of the midline of Bon Secour River with the midline of Boggy Branch; thence easterly along the midline of Boggy Branch to the point of intersection of the midline of Boggy Branch with the west line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 8 South, Range 4 East; thence southerly along the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarte
