REPEALED IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2019-219 EFFECTIVE BEGINNING THE NEXT TERM OF OFFICE OF THE ETOWAH COUNTY CORONER. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. The Coroner of Etowah County shall be entitled to receive an additional expense allowance in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) per month to be paid out of the county general fund. This expense allowance shall be in addition to any and all other compensation, salary, and expense allowances provided for by law.
