§ 45-26-110 — Board of Registrars - Compensation
(a)In Elmore County, notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, each member of the board of registrars shall receive twenty dollars ($20) per day for each meeting he or she attends, payable out of the general fund of the county, for the period beginning November 1, 1979, and ending January 31, 1984. As of January 31, 1984, the members shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15) per day for each meeting they attend. The amount shall be payable out of the general fund of the county.
(b)The operation of this section shall be retroactive to November 1, 1979, and all actions taken and payments made pursuant thereto on and after that date are ratified and confirmed.
