Text

A special recording fee of five dollars ($5) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate with respect to every court case filed in the Probate Court of Dallas County, this amount shall be in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected. The additional fee shall be paid into the general fund of the county.
