Text
(a)This section shall apply only to Dallas County.
(b)Effective August 1, 2006, any Judge of Probate of Dallas County who has served continuously as Judge of Probate of Dallas County for a period of 25 years or more shall be entitled to receive as his or her compensation an amount equal to the compensation paid to the District Judge of Dallas County. The compensation shall be payable in equal monthly installments from the General Fund of Dallas County.
