§ 45-20-71 — Court of County Commissioners Abolished

On June 1, 1945, the Court of County Commissioners in and for Covington County, as provided for in Act No. 20, Local Acts of 1919, Page 8, be and the same is abolished and thereupon shall cease to exist.
