Text

The authority, its property, real and personal, any income produced and all conveyances, deeds, leases, mortgages, and deeds of trust, shall be exempt from all taxation by the State of Alabama or any political or administrative subdivision thereof, including, but not limited to, all income, ad valorem, sales, excise, license, and privilege taxes and fees, the levy or collection of which is established by local law. This section shall not be construed to alter the implementation or construction of any general law.
