In accordance with Section 41-15-1, the Tuscumbia City Board of Education in Colbert County may insure school buildings and property under the jurisdiction of the board through the State Insurance Fund or with a private insurance company which, in the opinion of the board, provides the best coverage for the school buildings and property.
