Text
Any person, firm, or corporation subject to the tax hereby authorized, who fails to comply with any rule or regulation promulgated and adopted by the county governing body pursuant to this part, may be restrained by proper legal proceedings from engaging in business in Colbert County, until he or she shall have complied with such rules and regulations. Such proceedings shall be instituted in the name of the county.
