§ 45-16A-40 — Short Title; Adoption of Procedures

(a)This subpart shall be known and may be cited as the “Kinston Speed Limit Safety Act.”
(b)The Town of Kinston, Alabama, by municipal ordinance, may adopt the procedures set out in this subpart.
