Text

(a)This section shall apply to the regulation of the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the City of Jackson in Clarke County.
(b)The City Council of the City of Jackson, by resolution or ordinance, may authorize the sale and distribution of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in any size containers for on-premises and off-premises consumption.
