Text

(a)This section shall apply only within the corporate limits of the City of Clanton in Chilton County.
(b)The city council, by ordinance, may authorize the sale and distribution of draft beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Authorization shall include the sale of draft beer for off-premises consumption in a growler or other similar container no larger than 64 ounces by persons licensed by the board to make retail sales for off-premises consumption, but may not otherwise include the sale of keg or draft beer for off-premises consumption.
