§ 43-8-293 — Form of Disclaimer
Alabama·Title 43 Wills and Decedents’ Estates·Ch. 8 Probate Code·Art. 11 Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests
The disclaimer shall:
(1)Be in writing;
(2)Describe the property or interest disclaimed;
(3)Declare the disclaimer and extent thereof; and
(4)Be signed by the disclaimant.
