§ 43-2-746 — When Claim Allowed Without Further Proof
Alabama·Title 43 Wills and Decedents’ Estates·Ch. 2 Administration of Estates·Art. 19 Insolvent Estates·Div. 3 Filing and Allowing Claims Against Insolvent Estates
If no opposition is made, in the manner provided in Section 43-2-747, within six months after the time when the estate was declared insolvent, such claim must be allowed against the estate without further proof.
