§ 43-2-294 — Service of Citation
Alabama·Title 43 Wills and Decedents’ Estates·Ch. 2 Administration of Estates·Art. 12 Resignation, Removal, Etc., of Executors or Administrators·Div. 2 Removal and Proceedings to Require New or Additional Bond
A citation to such executor or administrator to appear and answer the application on a day specified therein must be served on him or her five days before the hearing of the complaint.
