§ 41-9-952 — Annual Meeting; Quorum; Organization and Procedure; Seal; Elections; Treasurer May Be Bonded
The commission shall hold an annual meeting in Macon County, Alabama, and nine of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Additional meetings may be held at times and places within the state as may be considered necessary, upon call of the chair or, in the case of his or her absence or incapacity, of the vice chair, or on call of any five members of the commission. However, meetings may be held outside the state upon a three-fifths vote of the commission. The commission shall determine and establish its own organization and procedure and shall have an official seal.
