§ 41-9-342 — Meetings Generally; Quorum; Organization and Procedure; Seal; Officers; Requirement of Bond from Treasurer

The commission shall hold an annual meeting at the site of the Battleship Memorial Park and one half of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Additional meetings may be held at such times and places within the State of Alabama as may be considered necessary, desirable or convenient upon call of the chair or, in the case of his or her absence or incapacity, of the vice-chair or on call of any three members of the commission. However, by two-thirds vote of the commission, the meetings may be held outside the State of Alabama. The commission shall determine and establish its own organization and procedure in accordance with the provisions of this article and shall have an official seal.
