§ 41-9-255 — Alabama State Historic Preservation Fund

There is hereby established in the State Treasury a fund to be known as the “Alabama State Historic Preservation Fund” into which shall be deposited all moneys received by the commission from admissions, inspection fees, gifts, donations, grants, leases, rentals, bequests, loans, governmental appropriations, or any other sources, either public or private. Such funds shall be used by the commission to pay the costs of the maintenance, acquisitions, preservation and operation of its acquisitions and for carrying out any and all of the purposes of this division, including the payment of the salaries of any employees of said commission and any expenses of said commission.
