REPEALED BY ACT 2023-546, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2028 UNLESS EXTENDED BY AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE. Commercial or financial information given in confidence that is not required to be disclosed pursuant to this article or any other state statute, and trade secrets, including, but not limited to, information relating to formulas, patterns, compilations, programs, devices, methods, techniques, processes, drawings, cost data, customer lists, film or television scripts, or detailed production budgets shall be treated by the office and the department as proprietary and confidential.
