REPEALED IN THE 2021 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2021-296 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2022. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. Neither the Purchasing Agent nor any assistant or employee of his shall be financially interested or have any personal beneficial interest, either directly or indirectly, in the purchase of or contract for any personal property or contractual service, nor in any firm, partnership, association or corporation furnishing any such personal property or contractual services to the state government or to any of its departments, agencies or institutions.
