Text

The Department of Archives and History is hereby authorized to purchase or lease photographic or microphotographic equipment and supplies necessary to carry out the duties prescribed in this article. There is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state an amount sufficient to cover the cost of purchase or lease of such equipment and supplies, such appropriation to be released only upon the approval of the Governor.
