Text

The authority and the executive head of any agency, board, commission, public corporation, bureau, or department of the State of Alabama, or the successor in office and duties of such executive head, are hereby authorized to enter into a lease or leases for the use and occupancy of offices and storage space in the public office buildings or buildings constructed, renovated, reconstructed, improved, altered, added to or equipped and owned by the authority under the provisions of this article. Such executive heads are hereby separately authorized to enter into lease agreements for the use and occupancy of any space in the said buildings.
