§ 41-10-41 — Forms, Regulations, and Interpretations; Employment of Attorneys, Agents, Etc

The authority may do all other things necessary or desirable to carry out the purpose of this division, including the establishment of fees to be paid with each application. The authority is hereby empowered to adopt and promulgate such rules, policies, regulations, and forms as it may deem necessary or desirable to carry out the purposes of this division. The authority is hereby specifically authorized to adopt such rules and regulations, including rules and regulations limiting the principal amount of allocations to be granted to local issuers, as it may determine to be necessary or desirable to promote the fair and efficient distribution of the state ceiling among local issuers.
