Text

(a)The applicants named in the application and their respective successors in office, the Governor, or his or her designee, an additional person to be designated by the Governor who shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or his or her designee, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, or his or her designee, shall constitute the members of the authority. The Secretary of the Department of Commerce shall be the president of the authority, the Commissioner of Revenue shall be the vice-president thereof, and the Director of Finance shall be the secretary thereof. The State Treasurer shall be treasurer of the authority, shall act as custodian of its funds and shall pay the principal of and interest on the bonds of the authority out of the
