§ 40-9H-7 — Department Reporting Requirements
Alabama·Title 40 Revenue and Taxation·Ch. 9H Alabama Rural, Agribusiness, and Opportunity Zone Jobs Act
The department shall report to the Legislature beginning in 2023, pursuant to Section 40-1-50 and rules adopted by the Department of Revenue, providing an assessment of the incentives allowed in this chapter.
