§ 40-17-225 — Allocations of Revenue Collections
Alabama·Title 40 Revenue and Taxation·Ch. 17 Gasoline and Other Motor Fuels; Lubricating Oils·Art. 6 Additional Excise Tax on Gasoline, Motor Fuel and Lubricating Oil
The State Treasurer shall make all allocations of the revenue collections and shall make the distribution and payments thereof pursuant to such allocations provided for in this article.
