§ 40-12-275 — Review of Personalized License Plates Issued Under This Chapter and Chapter 6 of Title 32; Appeals

(a)The Department of Revenue shall review all personalized license plates issued pursuant to Chapter 6 of Title 32 and Chapter 12 of this title and shall determine whether a requested license plate is issued or renewed in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to Chapter 22 of Title 41.

(b)An appeal concerning the denial of the issuance or renewal of a license plate shall be made with the circuit court of the county where the motor vehicle is registered.
