Text
(a)The petition shall be in substantially the following form: “To the (herein insert the name of governing body) of the City (or Town) or to the Probate Judge of _____ County. We, the undersigned, qualified electors of the area embraced within the city or town or of the following described area _____ respectfully petition that there be submitted to a vote of the qualified electors in said area the following question: ‘Shall the citizens of said city or town or the citizens of said described area (describing it) be incorporated by the name of the Improvement Authority of (here insert name of city or town, or area) for the purpose of engaging in the enterprise of furnishing to such city, town or area and its inhabitants or to the inhabitants of such area described for public and private use
