Every officer, agent or employee of a common carrier or railroad corporation who shall violate or procure, aid or abet any violation by such common carrier or railroad corporation of any of the statutes of this state relating to reasonable rates, adequate service and unjust discriminations of the public service of any common carrier of this state, or who shall fail to obey, observe or comply with any order of the public service commission or any provisions of any order of said commission, or who procures, aids or abets any such common carrier or corporation in its failure to obey, observe and comply with any such order, direction or provision relating to reasonable rates, adequate service and unjust discrimination by common carriers of this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on co
