§ 37-4-94 — Jurisdiction to Restrain Violations of Article
Alabama·Title 37 Public Utilities and Public Transportation·Ch. 4 Public Utilities Other Than Transportation Companies or Motor Vehicle Carriers·Art. 3A Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Facilities
Upon petition of the commission, the circuit court in any county in which a violation of this article exists shall have jurisdiction to restrain such violations and to enforce compliance with the safety standards herein required.
