§ 37-4-81 — Compliance with Federal Minimum Safety Standards
Alabama·Title 37 Public Utilities and Public Transportation·Ch. 4 Public Utilities Other Than Transportation Companies or Motor Vehicle Carriers·Art. 3 Gas Pipeline Systems
All pipeline systems used in this state for the transportation of gas shall be constructed, operated and maintained in such safe manner as at all times to be in compliance with the defined federal minimum safety standards.
