§ 37-2-2 — Governmentally Owned Transportation Companies
Alabama·Title 37 Public Utilities and Public Transportation·Ch. 2 Transportation Companies·Art. 1 General Provisions·Div. 1 Rates and Other Regulations
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any transportation company owned by a municipality or by the federal government but shall apply to a state owned transportation company.
