Text

Every railroad company in this state, on the order of the Public Service Commission, shall provide, construct and maintain adequate depots and depot buildings for the accommodation of passengers, where public necessity demands it and the revenue received at such point will be sufficient to justify it. Said railroad company, for the comfort and accommodation of its passengers, must have, when required by the Public Service Commission, at each of the passenger stations along the line of railroad operated by such company, sufficient sitting or waiting rooms, to be determined by the commission, for passengers waiting for trains, having regard to sex, which shall be suitably heated in cold weather, and supplied with sufficient fresh drinking water, when passengers waiting for trains are present
