Text

The officers of the authority shall consist of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and such other officers as the board shall deem necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the authority was organized. The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary of the authority shall be elected by the board from its membership, but neither the treasurer nor any of the other officers of the authority need be a member of the board. Subject to the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the offices of secretary and treasurer may, but need not be, held by the same person. The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary of the authority shall be elected by the board for a term of one year, and the treasurer and the other officers of the authority shall be elected by the board for such
