Text

All bonds shall be signed by the chairman or vice-chairman and the secretary or treasurer of the authority and the seal of the authority shall be affixed thereto. A facsimile of the signature of one, but not both, of the officers whose signatures will appear on the bonds may be imprinted or otherwise reproduced thereon in lieu of his manually signing the same; provided, however, that a facsimile of the signature of both such officers may be imprinted or reproduced on such bonds if such bonds are required to be authenticated by the manual signature of the duly designated registrar of such bonds, or an authorized officer of such registrar; and provided further, that a facsimile of the seal of the authority may be imprinted or otherwise reproduced on the bonds in lieu of being manually affixe
